Prom

My boyfriend is the best boyfriend in the entire world! <3 He asked me to prom in the most spectacular and spontaneous way ever. I did not expect it to be the way it was and it really touched my heart. I am so blessed to be dating such a wonderful man. :) 

Big thanks to Felicia, Catherina, and Salaam for helping with beautiful decorations.
Also, big thanks to Chris, Cody, Randy, Young, and Kevin for being the distraction. We went from doing insanity at Cody’s house, to Bellaire to eat at Juice Box and Cafe 101, then to Young’s. 

It was all so wonderful. I walked in with the perfect amount of lights dimmed, balloons everywhere, streamers hanging, and Taylor Swift’s “Ours” playing in the background. But the best of all was “pull”ing the window blinds and seeing him there with flowers :) <3 

I will never forget this day.

Ever had that? Ever received a text message from someone, whether you woke up to it, got it during the day or before you ended your night & you looked at your phone & saw this long message, filled with words that hurt you, that completely changed your mood, that stopped you from breathing & put you in total disbelief? That everything you guys went through just ended by that text message? Crazy how a simple text message can make you feel complicated inside.
